Tips to Avoid Unnecessary Delays
- If you are ordering online please make sure that all your contact information is
correct and as complete as possible. Please double-check your credit card
information.
- If you are ordering by credit card ensure that there are sufficient funds
available to cover the transaction.
Shipping
Shipping is calculated at $4.95 for the 1st DVD ordered. $1.00 is added for each
additional DVD ordered. Next day and Second day orders received before 1:00 pm Central
time will be shipped the same business day.
Due to the overwhelming response to the Victory By Design series, please allow
10-14 days for delivery of your order unless you have upgraded to next day or second
day delivery. We are sorry for any inconvenience that this may cause.
Credit Card Orders
Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express are accepted. We will not charge your
card until we ship your order.

Our online payment page is secure and encrypted by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL).
Confidentiality & Privacy
Any information you submit to us is kept in confidence. Our
customer database is neither shared nor sold to anyone.
Refunds & Returns
DVD's that have a manufacturers defect may be returned within 60 days
for refund or same title replacement (if available). If a replacement
DVD is not available we will issue a refund. The refund applies to the
price of the DVD only and does not include shipping costs.You may return
DVD's that do not have a manufacturers defect only if the DVD package
(shrink wrap) is unopened. Shipping costs will not be refunded. We do
not charge a restocking fee for returned product. In all cases please
